NRAM Oddity.
Hi,
On Friday I received a letter from NRAM saying they are selling my loan off.
The thing is however, I paid it off last August!
I was on a DMP at the time, I never received an account closed letter however I do have a letter from them with a balance showing 0.
Should I be worried or is it just the usual sort of incompetence of corporate business?
Should I be ringing them? The letter basically says they no longer deal with me and to expect contact from the new company. Should I just wait it out and see if they send anything?
Maybe they decided the accounts to transfer months ago?
Comments and advice welcome!
Cheers.

Ring them up. It should be simpler to nip this in the bud now than wait.0
