Terrible coupon experience today!

I've had some problems with Tesco, normally they are ok to be fair but some coupons do not scan and you get hit with the flippant line " you haven't purchased this item" I normally put it to bed by pulling said item out the bag (yes it does fall within the brand/ size catagory). just a case of Computer said no.

I HD the same issue with asda, two vouchers which came 2 15 pound they would only take one. So complained. Had to read the terms and conditions to the person on The phone and she then agreed they should havebeen accepted, stood firm on the phone after she said trainingblah blah. Asked what I would get s recompense she wasn't happy but sent 10 pound giftcard 'on this occasion'.

If they don't offer ASK. Lol
