Hen do?

Hi all
Initially OH and I both decided as we aren't the going out type we wouldn't have hen/stag do's, and I was happy with this as I only have a couple of friends. Last night OH said his cousin has asked when his stag do is, and as OH loves going to watch rugby he'd like to go watch the match in Manchester with his mates and family, and then a night out round Manchester. Obviously I'd never stop him, and wouldn't say anything against it, and have in fact said it'll be great for him. But now I feel a little carp that he gets to go have a stag do with his abundance of friends and family, and I won't have anything at all. I don't have any family as such, and I couldn't honestly say I had any close friends as I genuinely am a pretty happy person in my own company, so a hen do just doesnt seem feasible. I'm not at all the drinking type, nor am I the type to traipse around pubs all night. But I don't want to do something alone, as this would look pathetic. So what should I do? Just not do anything?
Forgot to mention, I'm not having any bridesmaid just 2 flower girls (niece and DD)

I don't think doing something alone would be pathetic, but I know what you mean. If it was me I think I'd book myself in for a day at a spa
Nothing pathetic about that! You could perhaps ask the couple of friends you mentioned to join you if it's the sort of think they might enjoy?
I think I'm probably quite similar, no close friends but a few not-so-close friends. I'm lucky to have my Mum though so I'm hoping to have a hen party of 2!0 -
To me a hen do with my mum would be all I want, so your hen do sounds good
I like idea of a spa day - thanks!
