robinson way

Hi

I have just checked my bank account and have seen there is a direct debit set to pay Robinson Way, this wasn't there yesterday (FRIDAY)
and I haven't had any correspondence from them so don't know where this has come from or where they obtained my bank details, I have cancelled the dd. I am a discharged br from 2011, has anyone else had anything like this happen and if so how did you handle it.

I would complain to your bank, vehemently!
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
  • Wow! That's shocking!
Complain to your bank and tell your OR!

    And cancel it with urgency.

  • Just had the exact same thing happen to me this morning, got on to the bank about it and they gave me RW's contact number. I called RW refusing their 'security' procedures and quoted them the DD reference number, explained in terms that a six year old could understand that if they attempt to access my bank account again without my permission I will pursue them for theft/fraud.
