Hi
I have just checked my bank account and have seen there is a direct debit set to pay Robinson Way, this wasn't there yesterday (FRIDAY)
and I haven't had any correspondence from them so don't know where this has come from or where they obtained my bank details, I have cancelled the dd. I am a discharged br from 2011, has anyone else had anything like this happen and if so how did you handle it.

Just had the exact same thing happen to me this morning, got on to the bank about it and they gave me RW's contact number. I called RW refusing their 'security' procedures and quoted them the DD reference number, explained in terms that a six year old could understand that if they attempt to access my bank account again without my permission I will pursue them for theft/fraud.0
