Can I freeze home-made yoghurt dressing, without it separating when defrosted?

Can I freeze home-made yoghurt dressing, without it separating when defrosted?

I have a vague idea that someone once told me it would separate. Which I don't want!

Am I wrong in this guess?

It's contents are: natural yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried dill.

Sometimes it does separate but a quick whisk usually sorts it.
