I enquired about a loan from this company and went to pay £79.95 but had message stating payment declined so i tried a different card and had the same message. i decided to close the window and left it.

Today i noticed the money had been taken. looking for a telephone number i was shocked to find they didnt have one only email and address i have emailed them and contacted my bank to dispute the payment.

Anyone else had this?

The T&Cs (clause 11) say to obtain a refund you need to write to them so get that letter posted as soon as you can not an email.
Like most loan brokers they are unlikely to refund you if you don't follow the T&Cs.

Many people have had this as you will see if you look through the threads here.

Follow Tixy's advise if you want any chance of getting that money back in the next 3-6 months, and NEVER pay a fee for a loan, its always either a broker or worse a scam!!
