ok I went BR in april 2009 and there was a debt I was told I could not put in BR and that was it... not mentioned since..
been discharged nearly 4 years now and the letter fr this debt is still coming through
turns out I could of put it in the BR as it isn't a Student loan but a student grant..
any way or sorting this or is it too late? debt is 2008 and I went BR 2009

I've just bumped a thread entitled ' letter to creditors making demands after BR'. Send them a copy of the letter in the first post.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Talk to your OR. They should be able to write to the creditor even after this time, although some do get sniffy on debts left this long after BR.
Regardless, it is covered by the BR no matter what.
