Loan agreement
Hello, I have written to my bank with a subject access request and they are unable to provide a copy of my loan agreement, they have sent statements which all seem to have been produced within the last 6 months, the loan dates back to 2007 and is still being paid. My initial request was to find out about a ppi claim which they have told me im not entitled to, would they know this without the agreement and where do I stand now?

Are they saying you do not have a case for the PPI being missold? or saying you did not have PPI?
Are you certain you did have PPI or were you enquiring to see if you did?
Do you have your own copy of the paperwork and does that mention PPI?
What else did they send to you apart from statements in reply to the subject access request?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
