Halifax mortgage application

I received a DIP from the halifax for 190K. I have applied for £104k. I appear to have passed a credit check and all they have asked for is my payslips. I have an overdraft of £2280 on my current account with BOS which I have accidently gone over on a few occasions although rectified immediately and its not reported to the CRA. Will they know this by now?

This is a single application for 90% LTV. i earn £38000 a year.

Halifax are one of the more flexible lenders and I highly doubt you'll find they'd accept at AIP stage if the overdraft was an issue in any way.

Even if your overdraft isn't being reported to the CRA's. Possibly due to the account predating the time authority was sought to report such data. Halifax and BOS are part of the same group. So internal checks will highlight the overdraft.
  • My overdraft is reported every month.. going over it has not been. Its all green markers.
