I wondered why my neck tube hadn't arrived yet so I checked the link again and saw this from March 28 2014:
It turns out that Suzuki released a message stating that the promotion was suppose to limited to those on their mailing list. It got leaked to the public and spread quickly. Suzuki will now only be honouring those applications from those on their marketing list.0
