Hi,
Halifax's indexed valuation of my house is £106k, I think it's work £125k, so I want to get a valuation done because at £106k, I'm pretty much at 100% LTV.
Will they let me do one (assuming I'll have to pay around £300 for it) to enable me to go on to a new product when my fixed rate ends in summer?
