If a NRP is on benefits on CSA1 do they pay a flat rate of £5? Or are they nil assessed
They have shared care for 1 night a week, although I read on CSA1 shared care reduced rates only qualify after 104 nights per year

They would be nil assessed, but the benefit centre may be asked to deduct a contribution to maintenance, which I think is currently £7.20 weekly.I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0
