Hi, I'm trying to reduce my outgoings and wondered if anyone could recommend a cheaper toothpaste than Colgate that's still very good?
Kindness costs nothing :)

someone on the Grabbit board has posted that Boots own is 59p (or thereabouts) & the advantage machine is giving out 50p off coupons.

no idea what it's like, sorry, and you'd probably be limited to 2 tubes? but it might turn out to be ok and then it'll still be cheaper at full price.

Where are you buying your Colgate? Often cheaper in £ shops and the like.

My local 99p shop had Colgate Total for sale yesterday, so I stocked up on that as not seen the Total version in there before.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

I would not recommend Aldi's, it's cheap but it's gets kind of grey once the three colours get mixed and it doesn't taste nice.

I just came on to report about Tesco own brand toothpaste and found this thread. They're quoting me 65p online for Tesco Sensitive, cheaper than Colegate and is OK (except last time I bought it (about 3 months ago) it was 40p for 100ml, so it's gone up a huge amount). However Tesco Original Freshmint is still coming up at 40p for 100ml, which is strange as Tesco Original Freshmint 50ml is 45p. Or that's what the website is saying tonight (could there be different prices in different areas? I know my boss and I get offered different products).
