May be a bit of a random question but is anyone else having difficulties getting Aldi passatta? My local has been oos for the last 3 weeks?

I use lidl if I can't get aldi, pretty similar x

I've had the same problem. There was a gap on the shelf for a couple of weeks, but last week the shelf edge label had gone too and something else put in its place. I'm down to my last carton now so if they don't have any in this week I might have to give the Lidl one a go.

Home Bargains do a large size glass bottle for anyone else running out! A month or two back B & M were selling large plastic tubs of Sacla Tomato Frito for 99p if you can find a store with some stock remaining. Really tasty!

Aldi have become victims of their own success. They're having stock supply problems, couple of weeks ago they had no red kidney beans in at all. I overheard staff member telling someone that there was a world shortage of same LOL. Their manufacturers can't keep up so expect more empty shelves of certain products for the next few months. (Family member is manager of a local branch).

its been the same in our local Aldi shops for weeks, so last night I decided to call into Aldi near to where I work to see if they had any, and guess what they didnt have any either.

As I was paying for this other bits and bobs I had bought, I decided to ask the member of staff on the tills if they would be getting any more Pasatta in, to which I was informed that it was end of line and no longing stocking.

As anyone else heard the same?

we had same with bourban biscuits...now reappeared after a few months gap...asda smartprice passata is 29p and i find it ok

And we had the same with dried prunes a while back. None at all for weeks and weeks but then back on the shelves and been so ever since! (Albeit at a more expensive price!!)

Our brand new Aldi had plenty in yesterday but as a heads up Lidls in my opinion is far better x

Just had a peek on ASDA website bit smart price pasatta not coming up when searching.

I will have to call in an ASDA whwn passing, in which isle will this be found?
