got an email but no message on website

I got an email about an hour ago from the website baby swap and shop. It said I had a new message in my inbox . I went to login but their website did not recognise my email address but there was an option to log in using Facebook. I done that and when I went to the inbox it was empty. Don't understand it. I kinda hoped it might be a winning message but there is no message! I don't understand it... :(

    Had you registered on the website with FB login, or an email and password previously?

    If email and password, you may need to log in that way, as sometimes the FB method doesn't tally with the same account. I know the email login isn't working for you - did you try asking it to send a new password?

    Yes I tried getting a new password but it said it didn't recognise my email address. Strange

    Have you definitely registered with the email address where you received the email before? It could be a spam email, but seems a strange website for spammers to use...
