couldn't find the 59p toothpaste in my boots. not in the toothpaste section, is it elsewhere?0
-
I saw some Boots toothpaste at 50p and some at 40p (possibly reduced to clear). However, my card did not have the toothpaste vouchers, boohiss!
The toothpaste is OK. It's not premium but if you are getting it free or very cheap, why not.
Hope most of you manage to get some.
PS. If the vouchers don't work, definitely complain to HO. They need to know.0 -

yes bottom shelf of toothpaste section blue packet essential unless your store puts all the essentials together. Unless they cleverly removed it all until the offer ends!!0 -

Got the lipstick from Natural Collection at £1.99 and with the voucher going through it was then free. Thanks OP.
I bought Boots own make of Smile fresh stripe 100ml and it was priced at 50p on the shelf but not as a special offer. The SA said it didn't come off because it was already on offer. I said it didn't say it was on offer, just a general price of 50p but she didn't say anything so I didn't pursue it as I would get too embarrassed. It's a pity when they offer something and it doesn't work. Maybe we should all write to Boots Head Office when these things happen as it keeps them in touch with how well their offers are working.
Some good priced clearance items on offer also. I bought 2 slip-in photo albums for £1 each and they hold 120 6" x 4" photos. I haven't had photos printed for a lot of years but I still have a lot of our 2 sons when they were children which I'd like to put into albums for them to keep at some time in the future.
Also a box of 6 pink drink charms to attach to glasses and they were £1.50 - they have a handbag, star, shoe, butterfly, cocktail glass and a dress. They are really cute.
I got a lovely blue floral padded pouch to hold my MP3 with the headphones together for £2.50. Can use for music players or camera or just to keep various small things together in your bag. It has a neck cord, inside pocket and a carabiner clip. One for sale on Amazon at £13.99. The make is Golla and is Finish.
They also have various baby items, various styles of photo albums and recordable CD discs which say on the box 'ideal for Video/Data/Audio'. I bought a box of 25 for £2.25 for transferring old home video tapes to disc. They still have some Christmas paper which is now 90% off. I bought 3 x 3m rolls which were £3 for 30p each. Worth popping into your local."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0 -
pity about the toothpaste!! they really should have et you have it. I should drop an email to customer services saying you were embarrassed and you'll probably get extra points!! I have before!0

I used to love these little 'glitches' - sadly they removed the machines from my local store
Don't know if you live near me but the largest boots in my city also removed all machines and told me it was temporary while the shop was done up but that was months ago and they have never put them back.:(0
