    Got to see a whole of market broker

    I do however know that Woolwich(Barclays aka) and Leeds do 100% s/ownership

    we are in the same situation just found out today that woolwich (barclays) give 100% shared ownership mortgage with no deposit needed subject to credit check obviously and your income check it out we have just done it today good luck!
