Great choice in my local store, I'm sure they had everything. It was so popular that I had to queue in front of the fixtures to get what I wanted. I think it wasn't M&S there'd have been fighting in the aisles.
I rarely shop in M&S and was pleased to notice a number of things at 3 for £10 and 3 for £5. Perhaps the penny's dropping that people are insisting on value for money and voting with their feet.
P.S. Shame about the clothes they really have lost their way there.0 -
We ate our M&S Beef Wellington last night and it was absolutely delicious. I would have choked on it if I had paid the advertised price of £13.49 (though it would have cost far more in a restaurant) but as part of the £20 deal it was well worth it.0

I went and got ours this morning, I got scallops, beef wellington, rosti potatoes, raspberry and chocolate tarts, and red wine & chocs. The assistant in Marks recommended the beef wellington, but she said to be careful it doesn't burn. Looking forward to it tomorrow night!I Believe in saving money!!!:T
A Bargain is only a bargain if you need it!0 -
this will probably sound stupid but can anyone explain whether you share the starter and the main or whether you get to choose one per person? it isnt explained on the website and i havent ever done the meal deal before. thanks!Car Boot Queen!!
Clothes Golden Rule: Never pay full price unless it is an utter bargain in the first place!
Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!0 -

I picked mine up on Wednesday lunch time and it was quite busy on the 2 end fridges it was located.
I opted for -
St Jacques scallops
Steak with peppercorn sauce and chunky gastropub chips
Raspberry and chocolate truffle bakes
rose cava
I got mine early because I didn't want to be left with the not so popular items, I was lucky to get the St Jacques as I got the second to last packet, they probably restock but I didn't want to risk going in today and it not be in there:money::rotfl::T0
