Im getting the same now, if I clear cookies and go straight to the Next site I get the code option. If I go through Quidco any way then I dont have the code box

Sussed it!
Goto Next and the account login screen. This shows the optional promotion code field.
Open a new window/tab and log into Quidco, go to Next Online Shopping through quidco.
Go back to the first Next screen you have where you can log in and use the promotional code, then shop away!
