8. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 28/02/2014 (“Closing Date”). The prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent adjudicator who will randomly select winners. The winners will be notified by email or phone within 4 days of the Closing Date.
9. A minimum of 200 prizes will be available, each comprising: 2 x tickets to see Kylie Minogue perform live at an evening performance in March 2014 at a London location (date and location subject to change). The exact date and location of the MasterCard Priceless Gig will be communicated to the winner in their winning notification. Complimentary refreshments will be available on a first come, first served basis. No transport or accommodation is included in the prize. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize, including but not limited to, spending money as required, are the winners’ and guests’ own. The prize is as stated and nothing else is included.
10. Prize winners will receive a winning email and free SMS notification to which they must RSVP ‘yes’ or ‘no’ via their email, within 4 days of receiving this email. Confirmed winners will then receive an email invitation which they must print out and bring with them to the event along with valid ID by way of a passport or driver’s licence and MasterCard card. Winners and guests who do not RSVP or do not have these pieces will be denied entry and their prize will become void. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original
winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winners. The decision of the Promoter is final. Please ensure you are available during this period in case you are a winner.
