How long from wem to delivery?

Apologies if this has been posted before but had a quick look and couldn't find it (sorry if it has I'm rather sleep deprived with a teething baby:o)

I was curious as to how long prizes take to arrive once you've had the WEM I'm very patient/grateful for anything I win but stupidly I told my 5 year old when I had a WEM for a LeapPad ultra 2 weeks ago so now every day he's asking when it will arrive (lesson learnt there:D)

It really does depend on the company. I've had emails congratulating me and the prize turn up a couple of days later but then I've had to chase companies for prizes as well.

I would leave it 28 days, if still nothing then drop em an email enquiring about it

Unless it says otherwise in the terms and conditions it should be within 30 days

ASA/CAP code
8.28.3 if more than 30 days after the closing date, the date by which prizewinners will receive their prizes

(I've had anything from a few days to a couple of months or more)

How long is a piece of string! I've had wins that have turned up in less than a week from getting the WEM, some that have taken a month, some that I heard about in early December that I'm still waiting for! And anything in between.
Normally they say to give it 28 days but if it's been that long, then I'd definitely chase up xx

I had one from virgin that turned up the day after the email. At the other end if the scale 94 days from email to prize, that was haier.
And one other was 6 months, but I forgave them as they had to get hold of motorhead for signatures

Still waiting for a prize to turn up after getting WEM in JULY (7 months so far) --- mailed company several times and they keep saying they will contact the prize provider

I'm in my 5th week of waiting for mine. Did you win yours directly from leap frog by any chance?
