1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over only, excluding employees or agents of TePe or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter. A valid Facebook account and internet access is required.
3. To Enter: Go to https://www.facebook.com/TePeUk and click the ‘TePe Smile’ tab, 'Like' the page then enter your details using the competition entry form provided.
4. This Promotion is open from 12.00 Tuesday 4th February 2014 until 11.59pm on Tuesday 18th March 2014 (“the Promotional Period”) with a weekly draw at 12.00 every Tuesday during the period, 160 valid entrants will be picked at random each week, until the last when 200 entrants will be picked at random.
5. Maximum one entry per person per week. Maximum one prize may be won per entrant during the Promotional Period.

1. Winner Selection: Each week, for 5 weeks, 160 valid entries received within the relevant weekly period will be selected to win one TePe Healthy Smiles Kit each, On the sixth week, 200 valid entries will be selected.
2. The winners will be announced on the TePe UK Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/TePeUkOralHygieneProducts
3. Winners should allow up to 28 day for delivery of their prize.
4. In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a newly picked entry.
5. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If the winner is unable to take his/her prize within the stated period, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a randomly chosen entrant.
6. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of transmission, posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
7. By entering this Promotion you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
