never recieved my shrek playball

i won it in July. sent 3 emails and have been fobbed off, then told to give them my ciritifcate number at the end of the compition to get an allocated prize. now this is a a silly thing to ask, as why would i keep a screen shot of the winning cirtificate? i have a backdated email saying 'congratulations' and other email corrispondance with them in the last few months.

what a waste of time!

i have sent them another email to see if they have a heart, hoping they will resend my prize (which i doubt!!)

Join the club! I totally agree. I don't reckon that they sent them out.I won mine in early july and they ignore emails.Rubbish company.

thats strange i recived my playball within a week of winning it.

You had to print of the certificate in case of problems, I'm sure I read somewhere that without this you won't be able to claim for lost prizes. HTH

i remember now! im sure i did print a copy, but that was back in july. the paper was put in the scrap bin quite a long time ago :rolleyes:

i will let you know what happens if they respond to this email
