My keyring was won on 30th June - waited a month to chase them and they replied saying they didn't have my address (well I sent it to them straight away) so resent my details and was told it was being dispatched straight away - even said it would be going "ahead" of recent winners (well it should have already been sent - are they trying to make me feel bad for complaining?) - anyway still waiting!

I won a playball on 18th July and still haven't received it. I emailed at the beginning of the week with a copy of the winning email they sent but still haven't had a reply. Is anyone else having this sort of problem or is anyone else who won around that time still waiting for their prize?

yes, i won mine on 10th july and nothing still. i emailed them again today but dont hold out much hope.its a shame as it was my first win, so it would have been nice to actually recieve it.

My first win, too, Mandles. I was so excited!! I have won a Rough Guide since, though, which makes up for it a bit. Hope your first win is a good one!

I emailed about it and got this;

I have looked into this and it appears that te prize was sent around the 27th July but with the various postal strikes, there may have been some delay in the deliveries.
It should be with you before the end of this week.

At least they replied. Is post office strikes still on then? Just wondering as hopefully i will get an influx of prizes(won't hold out too much hope though!)
