I got a can of drink at work and had no change so I had to put a £2 coin in the machine (not very money saving I know ) it gave me my change £1.50 in 5ps :rotfl:So todays total went up to £2.42, giving me a running total of £35.70:T

Decided to empty out my purse - of EVERYTHING in coin form and put it in the jars. I'm off sick at the mo so if I have stuff in my purse I may be tempted to say to my OH "can you get me a mag?blah blah blah!!!"

So I usually use pounds and fifties for parking - whilst I am off - they are being saved or else they will get spend.

    Its actually quite empowering.:T

£10 in one jar of £1's and 50p's.:rotfl:

Now up to £36.43 in 3 weeks. Not bad going for odd change. I do keep spending the pennies though - must start putting change into bottom of my bag instead of using up the odd bits..
