Trust Deed Query - Wrong Creditor

I've got a protected trust deed in place through Knightsbridge Insolvency, and we're in he process of tying everthing up with an early settlement because of a redundancy payout.
But, I have an potential issue that I wanted some clarity on.
One of my creditors was an Asda credit card, which Knightsbridge marked as 'Santander'. They're the experts in this field so I assumed that must be who underwrites the Asda credit card.
However, I received a call from a collections agency today who've said that the card ISN'T underwritten by Santander, but by Creation/Sygma Bank.
I spoke to Knightsbridge off the back o this and they assured me that the Asda card IS underwritten by Santander and that everything is kosher.
HOWEVER, I've done some research of my own online and discovered that Santander did indeed underwrite Asda credit cards BEFORE July 2012. I took out the card in December 2012.
Now, I'm in a bit of a quandry. I never said once that Santander was a creditor of mine to Knightsbridge. I supplied them with the card details and that it was an Asda credit card. THEY said it was Santander. Where does this leave me? My trust deed has been protected since last Aug/Sept, but potentially Knightsbridge have put down one of my creditors INCORRECTLY. This is NOT my fault! Where does this leave me? We're trying to get everything finished up just now and Knightsbridge have sent out final claim letters to all of my creditors, but they have inadvertently screwed-up... :-/

  • Indeed Asda used to be underwritten by Santander, but now is Creation, I wouldnt worry too much and leave it to the people dealing with your trust deed as long as the credit card numbers and account numbers match I cant see this as being a problem.
