PCN received! International Business Park Speke - What to do?

Hi there,
I recently received a PCN from a company called Vehicle Control Services Ltd. The alleged offence was that I was stopped in a 'no stopping area'. This area is apparently private land - International Business Park (Peel) - in Speke, Liverpool.
I'm not really sure what to do. I don't think it's fair to be charged £60 for simply stopping for a few moments. There was no obstruction and I wasn't causing them any loss of earnings etc. There are signs facing you but they are located on the other side of the road (the right side, not the left) and they are far too small to be seen without stopping to read them.
I would appreciate help.. I haven't done anything yet.
