My new partner and I are hoping to move in with each other. He has two children one in full education yr9 and another reportly at collage but however he works at least 16 hours a week.
Does he still need to pay csa for the child who is working?
How can we prove he works.
also will his csa be worked out on his and mine total wages ?
are my two school age children taken into consideration?

Isn't there a case open at present?
The assesment will be based only upon the NRP's income (this may include WTC/CTB), there maybe a reduction for you having 2 dependants.0 -
if we get working tax credits and child tax credits, surely both our wages will be included in the working outs. ( Please I am newest to this )0

Do you know what scheme he is currently assessed on? It makes a difference to how the Tax Credits are treated.0

I think it just an agreement between him and his ex which the csa worked out for them. He is off work sick at the mo
and not even getting half of his wages as its now just ssp.0 -
What year was the case set up for the CSA to make the assessment? as Crellow points out, its difficult to know how he is being assessed without knowing what system he is on.0

your husband will have to pay 20% of his pay only on 80% of his net pay. Your wages are not take into consideration. All the time child benefit is paid for both kids then CM is due.0
