I got some chicken thighs out of the freezer last night to make a curry with. I picked up all the bits on the way home but I forgot ginger! Can I use powdered ginger - the recipe calls for 2.5cm of fresh.
If I can't use powdered, can anyone suggest a good, freezable, chicken thigh recipe?

Powdered ginger will be fine MADVIXEN use a decent sized rounded teaspoonful in place of 2.5cm of fresh and the resulting dish will taste exactly the same, Lyn x.0
