SGE Loans Premium Service
Has anyone had experience with SGE Loans refusing to refund their "Premium Service" charge?
They only charged it to me today and I have already advised them that I want to cancel everything under the DSR however they are not budging on this money.
Is this premium service exempt from the DSR?

Tell them you are cancelling under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 and you require a full refund.
If they won't budge refer them to the FOS.0 -
I have requested a refund and they have declined saying:Good afternoon,
The decline is valid under the terms and conditions provided on the call, if you dispute the validity of the sale respond stating you wish to raise a level 3 complaint and we will have the case reviewed by the compliance manager.0 -
Stop faffing about on the phone and pointless emails.
Follow the correct procedure, you will NOT get anywhere making phonecalls or emailing.
Look at their own terms and conditions, specifically Section 6 para 6.2

Do NOT email and DO NOT phone them. Keep it all in writing, post it recorded delivery so you have proof of posting.
They will deny receiving it so we move to the next stage of making a formal complaint, then taking it o the FOS.
Act QUICKLY, get writing now and post it tomorrow first thing.0
