Salary confirmation - London weighting

When it comes to salary confirmation, does it matter if my pay slips/salary confirmation from employer (if requested) states my base salary and London weighting seperately?
Going off my base salary, it appears that I'm on £4k less than I am, but obviously if someone asks what my salary is, I give my total salary including the London weighting as this isn't optional or subject to company or personal performance like a bonus, etc.

Most lenders will allow London weighting as basic salary, as it is contractual and guaranteed.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Not necessarily, this is lender specific.
OP - What did I say yesterday. You are almost certainly going to need a broker, so the frequent, additional questions and answers are not necessarily providing you with any additional, useful information.I am a Mortgage Broker

. Its hard not to ask answers for all the questions bubbling in my head, but I'll try to resist and and just focus my attention on saving my deposit.
