The Mercades, B180 is a hatchback mercades but the level of the floor (where the carpet is) - is raised up.

Looking for a mercades hatchback (B180 shape)...... but which is a low level flooring (like the level of common cars)

What merc models are there?

The new A and B class are a more traditional construction. These are the only hatches MB do, unless you also consider the 4x4 models.

The old A and B models have a sandwich floor which is why the carpet is level with the bottom of the door. It does make brushing the floor out easier and the void between the floors is a convenient place for one of the batteries.

Yes. The original W168 A-class and the second generation W169 A-/W248 B-class used the quite clever "sandwich" construction.

    The current W176 A-/W249 B-class don't. They're much more conventional.

But, of course, a quick wander down to your nearest Merc dealer could have shown you this...
