rollover payments from payday loan companies

should pay day loan companies contact you to see if you want to carry on making rollover payments before assuming you do every month?

I borrowed £233 paid back £232 and apparently still owe £290 because of rollover payments that I had only agreed to for the first month.

I assume that until you pay back the capital and interest (and any other fees), then the rollover payments will keep coming.
  • but shouldnt they ask me the question "do you want to pay the full amount back or make another rollover payment this month"?
