Made a Mistake on my SA

I recently filed my first ever tax return due to some self employed work starting in July 2012.

I also was employed in one main job and one part time job both for the whole year.

Basically the tax code for my main job was adjusted to give me some backdated uniform allowance. Idiot me however, forgot about this when completing my return and now have paid this money back to HMRC. I put down a £60 allowance for the year 12/13 but not for the backdated amount. As a result, I have paid an extra £48 of tax.

How do I correct this error? Do I just write a letter explaining the mistake?
