    All different.

Easy mortgage application might take a week. Difficult could take a month.

Easy conveyancing could take 2 weeks. Difficult 6 weeks. Could be an issue with a lease which delays it. Problem on a search etc.

Quickest i have done from application to completion is just under 4 weeks.
Longest i went to see if feb last year, he completed in October.

I tend to find it averages out around 5-6 weeks.

First tie buyer, with no chain from about 4 weeks, if a chain involved 2-3 months is probably ore typical, I am currently buying a leasehold flat, offer accepted end of October, yet we still seem weeks away from completion, issues around getting leasehold pack/Christmas etc.

I was a first time buyer and it took less than 2 weeks from application to keys, mind you that was over 20 years ago :p

First time buyer. No chain and it was about 12 weeks. Although it only actually took 6 days from application to offer.
