What is the number or title of the form I would like the court to issue?

I am off to court to file for bankruptcy tomorrow

Hiya Lou, do you mean the BO (Bankruptcy Order), Form 6.30 that is signed by Judge and stamped by the court?

Procedures differ from court to court...some, like mine, give the BO immediately. Others don't but it WILL come through the post in a few days.

I left that section blank and let the court person fill that it on the day.

Make sure that you take proof of your income etc so that you get the remission.

Thank you, will leave it blank then. Yep all my evidence of income is collated and more... I know from experience how pick the clerks can be! Can't believe how many pages I've had to print out over the past couple of days!

I am in my 4th year now and still feel BR was the best choice I ever made. My life is nowhere near as stressful.
