Long term loan for new people in the UK, is there any?
Hi,
I'm looking to borrow around 2000-3000£ over a set amount a time, probably within 12 months, is there any company out there that offers it for people who have moved to the UK recently and therefore don't really have any credit history. At the moment, I have a "score" of 485, and I paid the stuff I have one time, but building credit takes time..
I've tried to apply for Aqua card too, but all these companies demands that you have lived in the UK for the past 3 years. And the only loans I can have is payday loans, which of course it stupidly expensive. (please don't debate what I need the loan, that is not the case here)

Your score of 485 is pointless, if you have paid a monthly subscription for it I'd cancel that now. As far as I know there are no avenues you can go down to get the money you need when you haven'tbeen here for the required time eg 3 years.
