By entering into this competition you confirm your acceptance of these rules and the NSPA Privacy Policy.
Eligibility to Enter 1. Only one entry per person is permitted. 2. Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
Start Date/ Closing Date The start date for entries is 1st October 2013.. The closing date for receipt of entries is 28th February 2014. No further entries will be accepted after 11.59 pm GMT on 27th February 2014.
Notification/ Acceptance The winner will be announced in March 2014 and the winner will be contacted using the details submitted.
The winner must claim his/her prize within 14 days of notification by replying to the email that will be sent by Nspa. In the event that the winner does not claim his/her prize by this date, that Winner shall forfeit his/her prize.
If incorrect or invalid details are submitted entry will be forfeited.
Publicity/ Marketing
The winner must be prepared to cooperate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition

General Information NSPA reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and a revised copy will be available on request. NSPA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant who NSPA believes has not complied with these terms and conditions.
NSPA shall have no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this competition or acceptance, use, misuse or non-use of any prize (including activity or travel related thereto).
All prizes must be accepted as offered are not transferable and there can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise.
The holiday must be booked and taken before 31st December 2014. The holiday offered includes a maximum stay of 7 days for 2 people in Thailand up to a maximum budget of £2500 in total and is subject to terms set out by NSPA at the time of claiming this prize. Includes air travel and accommodation only, is subject to availability and the departure airport must be flexible.
You understand that you are providing your information to NSPA and information you provide will only be used in accordance with NSPA’s Privacy Policy. The personal information and contact details you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition, including contacting the winner, unless you tick the box on the entry form stating you would like to receive further information from NSPA.

In case anyone's as thick as me, and thought it sounded like a charity, so might be put off by potential direct marketing - it's not!

It should be read more as N Spa and seems to be a rebranded Nirvana Spa. Strange I've not seen any marketing for it myself.
