Scotcall Advice needed

I received a letter from arrow global saying a debt of £334.70 has been passed to scotcall.

The details say Shop Direct (Carval)
date orginal agreement 27/08/2001
account number .....................
date transfered to arrow 13/05/2011

I have no knowlege of having an outstanding debts owed, nothing shows on my credit report. The debt would have been from a previous address as moved at the end of 2001. But again all debts moved with me and was cleared.

Then i get a call today from scotcall to say they have taken over my debt and i said i don't believe i owe this and why no contact been made until now. They said it was from a Choice cataloge, i am aware who they are but do not recall having any debt with them at all. The lady on the phone said she will send a copy of the debt to me.

What does anyone suggest I do regarding this matter?
