Meal Plan WB 3rd February 2014

Boring meal plan this week.

Mon - Spag bol (from freezer)
Tues -pizza base (from freezer) spread with LO spag bol and cheese.
Weds - Cauliflower cheese and peas
Thurs - LO cauliflower cheese and peas
Fri - YS pizza from freezer
Sat - LO YS pizza
Sun - Spanish chicken bake.

Breakfasts will be toast, lunches will be stilton and brocolli soup. Snacks will be fruit/toast etc

S: HM turkey nuggets, wedges, beans and salad
M: Salmon and pesto pasta with salad
T: Chili con carne with rice and tortilla crisps
W: HM burgers, bakes beans and wedges
T: Spaghetti and meatballs
F: Butternut Squash soup with HM bread
S: Grilled mackerel, baby potatoes, broccoli

Breakfast is a choice of cereal or toast. I have some eggs and muffins so will offer that as an alternative one morning.

Lunches are packed for DH and 2 children. I will eat with the toddler at home sandwiches all around.

Sweets - aiming to make flapjacks and cake this week. Dessert is fruit or yoghurt if they fancy it.
