Good Money refund policy from Amazon

Amazon have just refunded me the full cost plus postage of a digital camera I bought from them a year ago. I accidentally dropped it while on holiday - I wanted it repaired and e mailed them for advice. They did not have a replacement in stock so they refunded the full cost!! Amazing Amazon!! I did not expect such good service. Within the space of a week the full, original cost of the postage was refunded.:j
