Good work rachel thanks for going into so much detail i didn't know that the tickets ie casino tasks that we send are sent to the task author i wonder if they have a say in who gets a bonus with broken tasks ?

The clixsense new task page is still abit buggy freezing when clicking on a new task hopefully it will settle down over time. Does anyone know what the satisfaction rating means on the page ? is this the survey we fill in saying how happy we are the with task when we finish it ?

I don't think there is any limit Northern Lassy. I've cashed out twice a week all through this month, apart from this week.
I've just checked my account, and there's no 'cash out' option there either, so maybe they haven't made it available yet since the last payment day was only yesterday and cashing out can't happen til Monday again?

I'd love to know who decided about bonuses too... i would guess it's ultimately CF who would chase payment up from one of their clients if possible, and if not- its at their discretion whether to keep contributors happy via a bonus out of their own pockets.
I got a few bonuses for some casino tasks in the end - but only about 8.. i'd raised tickets for at least 60 of them (not individually though!!! Most nights I sent them in as one ticket, with all the ID numbers listed so as not to bombard or annoy anyone, because they were bound to know there were issues with the tasks already) But I didn't get the same results as Katy, even when I put my tickets in the same was as she was doing them, under 'site verification'... so its not a level playing field with support.

I suspect that the recent casino task bonuses were at CF's discretion. Because it seems to me that the people who got bonused regularly on them are usually those who are on their 'higher banding'... and what CF say in their recent article about bandings confirms that to me "Contributors with Level Badges also receive very quick responses from the Support Team whenever you encounter any issues."
I think that's already the case tbh.

Yup, the satisfaction ratings are from the survey at the end when you finish or quit a task. That overall satisfaction & rating info is also visible to the person who wrote the task too, so they judge how its going. If a task is broken, its worth filling it in by checking "impossible to complete" or "poor pay" as they have the power to fix it while the task is still running if they get that info - They can even change the pay of it while the task is running, if people aren't interested in doing their task and its going slowly.(or if its going really fast and they think they can lower the pay and still get it finished quick)

Thanks Rachel that was really informative :)

Its does answer a few questions as to why correct answers are thrown back at you as incorrect at times.

The most annoying of those have to be the roof top ones, where there is CLEARLY a pool, and it gets marked as incorrect!! argh! lol

1 more bugbear i have at the moment is, I clicked an offer the other day, to join n deposit with a casino, which i did. Ive never received the clixcents for it, and both parties are blaming each other so im back n forth demanding this be corrected!! :) sigh. Shame really as its a weeks worth of clixcents :|

Aggghh, that drives me daft with the rooftops ones too. lol I open a ticket every time that happens, with a screen shot as well, to make it easy for them to verify it quickly. I guess this happens when the people who did the task before you were speeding through it and missed it. And it IS better for the client to know which test questions are wrong- because ultimately their sales people will be calling around to that house trying to sell them a pool/solar panels when they already have one.

I never do the offers that require you to sign up to something- i've had so much bad experience with them tbh - not just on clixsense either. Send CS as much info as you can, with screenshots of your account, any confirmation emails (with the date included)... make it impossible for them to deny that you signed up. Hopefully you'll get credited... but its an awful faff. :(

I have an available cash out button but i didn't cash out yesterday i always do it on monday.

If memory is right i think katy and another person had the same problem with an offer nicky i think they discussed what they did in the previous clixsense thread so take a look at that or i'm sure katy will answer later today.

    Good morning everyone.

I'm going to do some tasking until noon, then some school work, then back to tasking and maybe a few surveys. Only one and a half weeks of term time school left... then time to try to get a part time job and sign up for a load more of sites!
