That sounds so much better than the current system at least it will give us incentives and work towards what we want which are more tasks.

but i can see more people complaining why they aren't allowed to move up a level or about questions where the questions are obviously wrong but you get marked down for putting the correct answer. People will never be happy but i think for most its a positive step :)

a nice survey on SSI about a new nintendo game it sounded very interesting and a new download for sky vegas for the iphone i've downloaded it before without credit this time it did so if it doesn't !
try again another time is the lesson learned.

Yup, I think you're right about people will be opening more tickets about test questions that are wrong. But there's probably a positive to that for Crowdflowers clients... When test questions are wrong, then its the people who are most accurate who get DQd, while the ones who gave the wrong answer that matched the sloppy test question carry on & probably give more inaccurate answers. lol
I've only ever raised tickets about test questions i'm totally confident aren't correct... and I've raised a lot of them. Like with the rooftop ones, If i see a pool thats been drained in the garden I now squeeze my eyes shut when i hit submit as 9 times out of 10 whoever set the test question hasn't spotted it. I even debate with myself whether I should pretend I didn't see it as it might improve my accuracy if i ignore it... lol
The other tricky thing in the rooftop questions- the instructions encourage you to use the overhead view from google-maps as well, which is more recent... quite often the house will have a new pool or solar panels on the google map view and the test question doesn't recognise it exists.

I think it is an improvement too, despite the fact that I had almost all of the old badges :)

Hopefully it will benefit everyone :D

I don't think i've sent in a ticket when questions are wrong i probably should have though :( my current rating is 92% so i will definately be in the lowest band :( i assume level 3 is 98% and above ? whats everyone else got ?

i tend to just upvote what the other people say when i know my answer is correct. I did this in the last round of rooftop tasks and the following day my score went from 92% to 100%.

So what do people think is it better to upvote or send a mesaage ?

I've personally had good success with upvoting but really it depends on the author of the job most of the time. If you raise a ticket they may look, and bump you back up to 100% but ultimately if they start getting lots of tickets instead of upvotes they might start giving sporadic results as they do with paying for jobs that have verification errors, just my opinion of course.

Where are you getting the assumption that 92% would put you in level 1? It says a specific amount of test questions, over 100, and a near perfect accuracy, I'm not sure that would equate to 98% with Crowdflower as there are lots of contributors who post their stats to Crowdflower weekly via their Facebook page with much lower than 80% accuracy and that is considered to be good..!

Who knows though? I seem to be level 3, and I have 92% but I'm not sure! It'd take a LOT for me to move up the percentages so if 92% is level 1 I imagine I'd see a huge drop in tasks, supposedly. I will believe that when I see it of course, in the past they've brought in new things and nothing new has come of it work wise, but fingers crossed this leads to more tasks.

When you go to your dashboard do you see the three level symbols, 1, 2 and 3 and one with a box around it?

my 92% is only with several hundred qualifying tasks i'm taking my accuracy from the dashboard. while your 92% is with thousands of qualifying tasks i'd assume they have to take that in consideration.

i think you mentioned your afew thousand from the all time leaderboard so you've done quite afew taks ;)

Yes i think 98% is probably too high but i just had the "near perfect" sentence in my head and that to me is near perfect accuracy lol
It probably does mean that people can get to level three and open up more tasks and see how and when they can do that more quickly than before. But as you say we shall see if thats the eventual outcome.

Does anyone know the cut off/highest number you can do for the event tasks? It's at least 20.

Do you have the exact name of the event tasks? I can see if myself or V-G have it wrote down x

O_W I hope you don't go onto level 1 but so far the people I know who are level 3 aren't seeing more tasks, so who knows what will happen xx

Cashed out $50.48 so hit my aim exactly, starting again at $0/$20 for Monday :)
