Sorry about your budgie,
the little steps in your list seems to work though0 -
The good thing with the little list is that when I get distracted, as I do a lot, when I come back I am not wasting 20 minutes on Rightmove, Daily Mail, Facebook, Twitter etc, as I know what I am working on next. Seems to be helping so far, especially considering on Sundays usually I just sit here chatting and doss the whole day
Mind you, I've done that half the week here so need to catch up

I prefer the tasks and surveys.
Katykicker hope you get your motivation back soon.:)
To do the surveys, do you have to give your home address?0 -
Different surveys ask for different information. Many companies want you address when you join up, is there a reason you don't want to give it out?
I give my genuine address to a TON of sites, and I only get a few pieces of junk mail each week, I just tear off my name/address, shred that part and bin the rest. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Sounds good Katy.
I give my address but not my phone number0 -

What's your little list? Is it the list of when tasks become available, or something else? I'm just asking as I know I'm spending far too much time online for too little return and I know I need to work smarter. I have things I need to do in the home too. I can only do them in dribs and drabs owing to poor health so sitting at the PC is OK, but I need to do a bit more.
I'm currently recovering from being very ill at Christmas. I'm gradually getting a bit more energy, but I can't do much yet. I have a list of things I need to do every day to try and catch up with things. I'm always interested in how other people organise things.0 -
Adrift I have health problems too so can really sympathise, hope you recover soon, it took me months to get over having measles, only just starting to get back on track. Here is an example of my list (It is something I've just tried today).
Check Clixsense Thread
Clear 3 e-mails (I wrote down that I had 18 when I started to sort so I can sort new ones as they come in and get the total down to say 15 rather than sorting 3 and still having probably 5 new ones there).
Complete 10 tasks on Clixsense
Check Onepoll for new surveys
That sort of thing, basically just things I know I need to do/keep forgetting but breaking it down into small manageable chunks. Then after say 5-10 online things I wrote 'Clean the bathroom mirror', so it keeps things nice and manageable. I hand wrote it, only took me a few minutes and gives me satisfaction to cross something off
Not sure if it'll help you and obviously the tasks etc are only subject to there being some. I knew I had PDF tasks still to do.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The 'categorise these sentences' tasks seem to be permanently available. Is it because they're all faulty, or is it because no-one wants to do them?
I know I've avoided them. They're a bit scary :embarasse0 -
I don't want to do them either
I find them a bit irritating as well, I would ry them if there was nothing else as if you do get expelled you just hit submit at the bottom after it corrects you and you still get paid for that task
