Rachel, I usually put in the comments on the task page if it's broken, I have found my accuracy corrected that way. I don't know if they have a preferred way of contact regarding tickets or not.

Older, I've grown to like the houses task now too. The images task if its the one I've done before there should be a check box that says image is missing.

I missed that task as I have been altering and re-sewing my aunt's curtains for her.

What happens if it's broken? There are hundreds of tasks listed and they are the faulty job numbers and just sit there.

Adrift, not all tasks are broken for everyone which is why you see the numbers going down even if it is slowly.

The only task I saw which disappeared quickly was one of the pdf's as they were all going through wrong.

It is frustrating though and I would also prefer a system where they either disappeared once you completed them or a tic box. Instead they grey out once done.

I quite like the find the email address tasks, unfortunately I'm finding email addresses they haven't managed to find so I'm being marked down as wrong. I did make one stupid mistake and hit no instead of yes just the once. I like the email ones almost as much as the roof tasks. But I really love the roof tasks.

Is there any way to see your dashboard without having to open a task and get the link from there? All I've got now is hundreds of investment and casino tasks that are faulty.

Glad to hear accuracies being corrected & people getting replies to tickets. Obviously you can open tickets or use the system, I've always had accuracy corrected eventually when it is a genuine error. The reason to use the comments box is mainly to avoid them being bogged down by tickets, I've noticed replies are taking longer lately and I know they get lots of tickets from people asking things that are clearly in the FAQs so I only use the tickets system for jobs not working at all, e.g casino ones.

Glad to hear they're giving bonuses on Friday, remember to check they arrive as they don't always have a great track record with those...! I've been promised them before and had to chase several times, now they just fob me off with excuses.

Frustrating casino tasks lately, at least I know I'm not alone thanks to this thread.
