Yup, I've got that skills test too... I might have a stab at it because I've not done any skills tests yet. I've been opening tickets left right and centre about their test questions- most of the ones that have marked me as wrong were wrong themselves.
I've just been stung with a couple of rooftops ones, where the test answer insists that the very obvious huge pool in the garden doesn't exist. lol

You do not need to open tickets about incorrect test questions. There is a box under each incorrectly marked question where you can put your comments, if others have had the same problems you can even choose to read others options and choose one of those.

Opening lots of tickets for test questions probably won't go down well, so best to use the box underneath the failed question.

They should then review them and correct your accuracy (eventually).

    Feel better soon MAc x

The task I just posted is broken instructions on first page and that's it clicked submit but redirects to instructions. Anyone else have this?

If you get a task wrong and disagree with the test question you should see something like this:

For the question titled "Please let us know if any of the following is true of this house" you answered: "Pool" but the correct answer was: nothing.

If you believe that this test question is unfair or incorrect, please let us know below. We'll review these items for fairness and accuracy.

    That's ok
This test question is unfair or incorrect!
Please let us know why you think this question is unfair or incorrect:

You can either tick 'That's ok' if you made a genuine mistake' or 'This test question is unfair or incorrect!' that then shows a box where you can say why it is incorrect, also, sometimes there are options to 'upvote' what others have said, i.e agree with them and then this will be sent automatically to be adjusted where necessary/for them to change your accuracy.

No worries, hopefully it will be fixed once I've finished the PDFs and done casino tasks (that will be up by then I imagine)>
