OK I know I should have got this done before today but I'm a last-minute-kind-of-a-guy! Last year's online submission was simple so I was stumped to find Self Assessment not listed as a service. The only option was to reinroll, but when I tried to it came up with X ERROR: The details you have entered are either incorrect or you may have already enrolled for this service. If the problem persists please contact the HM Revenue & Customs Online Services Helpdesk or select 'Back' to return to Your Services.
Yep, I'm already enrolled! I'm not going to get through to a helpdesk with the deadline in 77 minutes, so is there anything else I can do?

You should be able to login here with an existing account via the 'Self Assessment' link:

I clicked on the purple>turquoise SA link and a page came up with
Access Denied
You have tried to access a page that you have no permission to view.
Please click 'Next' to proceed
Clicking 'next' takes me to my account, with the same problem as before.
However, I didn't have to reenter my user i/d or password! What's going on?0 -
It sounds really odd, I click the SA link and it takes me to the following, do you have a different browser you can try, perhaps its caching the page from earlier actions you took.

Didn't know how to clear Chrome but cleared recent history including cache and cookies on Firefox. Still got into my a/c without the login though. Maybe I needed to restart the PC? Anyway it's too late now. Should have been in bed an hour ago but now I face the hassle of appealing against £100 penalty which I can ill afford asI have a meagre income and am on tax credits but paying full Council Tax etc.
I've taken screenprints, but they don't prove what I've stated. Thanks for trying to help, anyway.0
