Find out which Official Receiver's Office dealt with your friend's bankruptcy?
They will need the date of your friend's Petition.
They will then be able to give confirmation of the date of Discharge.
[Automatic Discharge...which means what it says....is 12 months to the day, from the date of Petition].
Only very rarely does an OR apply for a Suspension of Discharge....usually done if a Bankrupt has 'failed to co-operate'.....No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
