We've teamed up with O2 to offer Telegraph readers the chance to win a signed England shirt.
Each weekly draw is open to entrants between the following dates:
Draw 1: 31 January - 6 February;
Draw 2: 7 - 20 February;
Draw 3: 21 Feb - 6 March;
Draw 4: 7 Mar - 13 March;
Draw 5: 14 - 23 March, 2014.

Entries must submit their answer via www.telegraph.co.uk/o2. Entrants may enter each draw once only. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of each draw. Late entries for each draw will be entered into the following draw with the exception of late entries to the final draw, which will be rejected. Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. Each weekly draw is open to entrants between the following dates:

7. The winner for each draw will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date for that draw. An up to date list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to O2 England Rugby Shirt Prize Draw Winners, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT before April 30, 2014.
8. Each winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw they have won. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner by that time or if a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.

Thanks.My error in not searching via a few more fields rather than full & short URL.

Given the competition periods I am not sure how it counts as a "Weekly" but not to worry.At least it is posted for us :-)
