I have had a five year ongoing dispute with creation finance, its hopefully coming to an end via FOS however I have advised them I'm not happy that creation have registered a default for nonpayment even though its always been in dispute.
The FOS don't seem to see the issue with this, however I believed it was unfair processing of data as at one point there was no signed agreement in place due to removal of PPI that I didn't agree to in the first place and they have then sent me credit agreements with incorrect figures that I wouldn't sign and agree too.
They have now agreed to split the original purchase price over two months without the charge of interest and the PPi removed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can end the ordeal

In dispute or not, you defaulted on paying what your origionaly agreed to .Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
